Can clients still purchase MMLP?
The MMLP can still be purchased on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Investors should contact their financial advisors or securities brokers in order to place an order.

How does a client redeem his MMLP units?
In order to redeem Mackenzie Master Limited Partnership units, the holder would have to go to a broker. As they are traded on the TSE, the units can be redeemed publicly.

How did we determine that the MMLP units' expiry date of December 31st, 2094?
The expiry date was established to be 100 years after the date of inception. The date can be brought forward at the proposal of the General Partner and the approval of the holders.

What are the total number outstanding shares?
As of December 24, 2004, there were 6,264,224 units outstanding

What is the market value of my investment?
We are unable to provide market values on individual investments; however, as the MMLP is publicly traded under the ticker symbol MKZ.UN, you may obtain the current trading price by visiting the TSX website at www.tsx.ca. Please contact our Client Services department at 1-800-387-0614, or locally at 416-922-5322, if you need to confirm the number of MMLP units you hold (in client name accounts). You will then be able to calculate the value of your MMLP units.

What if I lost my certificate? What do I do?
If you are certain that you've lost your certificate, you will need to purchase an insurance bond in order to obtain a replacement certificate. The cost is usually 2% of the market value of the certificate and will not be reimbursed.

No, they are not. The Universal Partnership is handled by CI funds.
