Trust Agreement - An agreement that states the method of receipt, investment and disbursement of the funds under a retirement plan. It also states the provisions of fee payments to the plan, record keeping and reporting responsibilities, benefit payments from the plan and conditions for amendments to the plan and any changes of trustees.

Trust Company - Organization which acts as a fiduciary, trustee or agent for individuals and businesses in the administration of trust funds, estates and custodial arrangements.

Trustee - Responsible for holding and investing the funds and paying the benefits in accordance with the terms of the trust agreement.
