Joint tenants in common - All tenants in common share equal property rights except that upon the death of a tenant in common, the deceased owner's share revert to the estate of the deceased rather than the other tenants in common.

Joint tenants with rights of survivorship - Ownership of property by two or more people in which the survivors automatically gain ownership of the deceased owner's interest.
