Glossary
Target End Date The date on which the fund is expected to merge into Mackenzie Sentinel Money Market Fund (or an alternative Mackenzie-sponsored money market fund with a substantially similar investment objective).
latest NAVPS The net asset value per security ("NAVPS") of the series as of the date shown above.
current GMA The guaranteed maturity amount per security ("GMA") of the series as of the date shown above. The GMA is the minimum NAVPS that the Fund intends to achieve on its Target End Date.
expected rate of return The annualized rate of return from the date shown above to the Target End Date, assuming that the NAVPS on the Target End Date is equal to the current GMA.
