Norman Raschkowan
Norman Raschkowan, MBA, is Chief Investment Officer of Mackenzie Financial Corporation. He is a member of the Executive Committee, and chairs the Investment Committee and the Management Fund Oversight Committee.
In this role, Norman has ultimate responsibility for the company's investment function. He works closely with investment team leaders, business unit leaders and Mackenzie’s fund governance board of directors in relation to the ongoing investment operations.
Norman graduated in 1980 from McGill University with a degree in Finance and a gold medal in Economics. He also earned his MBA in International Business and Real Estate from McGill in 1985, and is a member of the CFA Institute.
